Send an email to info@steamers.nl and we will respond within the same (working) day. We will immediately look into what went wrong with the order and its delivery and will do everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We stand behind the quality and proper functioning of our products and we want our customers to enjoy the operation of the handy gadgets for as long as possible. Is there something wrong with the ordered item? Do not hesitate to contact us, we are ready to help you and look into what is wrong. If necessary, we will ensure that the product is repaired or replaced.

If the order is not quite what you were looking for, you can always return it free of charge within 14 days after delivery. If a product appears to be defective, exchange is also possible. We are very happy to assist you.

1. Log in via our website in the customer account and register the order as a return here. The return label will be sent by email.
   
2. Or Mail to info@steamers.nl and indicate, stating the order number, that you want to exchange/return. You will receive a return label from us.

After receipt and processing of your return, you can expect the purchase amount back to your account within 1 to 2 working days .
