Do you have a Professional Garment Steamer or a MIDI steamer from STEAMRS and need help detaching the clothes hanger section from the pole? This requires a special technique. The 'hanger section' is 'secured' in the small hole shown in the image below, so that it would not continuously come loose while steaming.
- Hold the side with the hanger facing the ground.
- Hold the other end of the pole (which is normally screwed into the steamer) up.
- With your dominant hand, hold the top of the telescopic steam pole, and with your other hand, hold the hanger.
- Pull in 2 opposite directions using only a little force.
- At the same time, gradually rotate the hanger.
- At a certain point while rotating, they will easily come apart without requiring too much force.
