Pilling happens when fabric rubs against itself repeatedly. The more often you wear a garment, the sooner it will start to pill, often around the underarms, neckline, and sleeves. That's why we developed a beautiful, stylish little shaver for clothes! 

How do you use a cordless fabric shaver?

Unfortunately, even the very best-quality clothes can pill...
But don't worry: with this Electric Fabric Shaver, scruffy-looking sweaters will be a thing of the past! 

1. Make sure the fabric shaver is fully charged. 
2. Lay the garment flat, preferably on a hard surface.
3. Remove the magnetic protective cap and press the power button. 
4. Move the shaver in circular motions over the pilled areas of the fabric.
5. Done! Your garment looks fantastic again!  

How do you clean the fabric shaver?

Finished giving your garment this quick, easy refresh? Don't forget to clean the fabric shaver so it's ready to use next time. Here are some tips for cleaning it easily:

1. Remove the magnetic protective cap
2. Unscrew the transparent ring
3. Use the included brush to remove lint from the device. You can also just use your fingers. 
4. Want to clean the blades too? Unscrew the metal ring that covers and protects them. 
6. Blow on the device a few times to remove any remaining fabric fibers. 
7. Screw the metal ring back over the blades. Then screw the transparent ring back onto the device. Now you're ready to shave again! 

Please note! When the ring is unscrewed, the blades are locked for safety. The device will only work when you press the button once the ring has been screwed back on properly. 

How do you charge the lint remover? 

The fabric shaver can be used continuously for an average of 50 minutes.
An average shaving session takes about 5-10 minutes.
When the fabric shaver runs out of charge, you can easily recharge it using the included USB cable. A full charge takes an average of 5 hours.

Can I accidentally hurt myself with an electric fabric shaver?

The blades are sharp enough to shave off fabric bobbles, but not sharp enough to injure you if you run them over your skin. Keep the device out of children's reach and only use it as described in the instructions.

Fun fact: One of our colleagues once tried using the device to shave his arm hair/beard, but unfortunately, the blades are far too blunt for that. But let's just use the device for what it's intended for: shaving clothes! ;) 

Which fabrics don't pill? 

All fabrics pill. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the quality of the fabric. Even top-quality fabrics pill. The only fabric in the world that hardly pills at all is alpaca wool.
